Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
- Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, layout, and day-to-day operations
- Liaise with building management and manage office contracts including utilities and cleaning
- Coordinate IT support with external providers and handle basic troubleshooting
- Lead on health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and training
- Support finance with expenses, invoice processing, and platforms like Xero and Dext
- Assist HR with onboarding new hires and supporting the employee experience
- Contribute to office culture and continuous improvements in office processes
- Proven experience in office management, ideally within financial or professional services
- Confident in managing facilities and liaising with external vendors and service providers
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and coordinating with IT suppliers
- Skilled communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personable, resilient, and a team player who enjoys creating a positive environment
