C&C Search is thrilled to be partnering with a private equity firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Head of Investor Relations.

Location: Central London 
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4:1)
Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE + benefits + bonus
Start Date: ASAP
  
Company culture and what makes them great to work for: This is a rare opportunity to partner with a respected senior executive as they establish and grow the Investor Relations function within a fast-paced, high-performing PE environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diary scheduling and internal/external meetings for the Head of IR
  • Coordinate investor roadshows and liaise with Limited Partners
  • Act as a key contact for correspondence and communication
  • Help design and implement the operational infrastructure of the IR function
  • Handle sensitive information and create high-quality presentations
  • Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and provide seamless strategic support

What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar
  • Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings
  • Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Interested in investments, private equity, or venture capital
