C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Operations Associate for a highly regarded global investment firm. This Investor Relations Operations Associate role sits within a high-performing Investor Relations team, offering excellent exposure, strong progression potential and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Position: Investor Relations Operations Associate – supporting the Investor Relations and Marketing leadership team
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000+ base salary, dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 4/1 with flexibility to also be in the office 5 days

Key responsibilities for this Investor Relations Operations Associate position:
- Supporting the Investor Relations team with day-to-day operational activity
- Overseeing investor administration processes, including review of investor statements
- Processing investor activity such as subscriptions and redemptions
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Maintaining accurate investor data within CRM systems
- Managing content and access for investor reporting platforms and websites
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance-related reporting
- Supporting project-based work including new fund launches, restructures and reporting enhancements
- Working closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Proven experience in an Investor Relations Operations Associate, Investor Relations Analyst or similar role
- Background within financial services, asset management, hedge funds or investment firms
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working in data-driven environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Degree educated (business, finance or quantitative background preferred)
- Willingness to complete relevant licensing (sponsorship provided if required)
