Marketing & Communications Coordinator
A fast‑growing international economic consultancy working on high‑profile global litigation cases. With offices across Europe and the US and rapid expansion underway, the firm is now elevating its global brand presence and you will be at the centre of it.
The Role
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position owning the full marketing and communications engine across the firm’s global offices.
You’ll shape brand presence, drive content output, and partner closely with senior leaders to put the company’s work on the map.

- Role: Marketing & Communications Coordinator
- Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + 10–30% bonus
- Location: London Bridge
- Working Pattern: 5 days in office
- Reporting To: Founding Partner
- Setup: Standalone Marketing & Comms role

The Role
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position owning the full marketing and communications engine across the firm’s global offices.
You’ll shape brand presence, drive content output, and partner closely with senior leaders to put the company’s work on the map.
What You’ll Be Doing Content & Comms
- Write standout LinkedIn posts, reports, and marketing copy
- Create polished decks, presentations and thought‑leadership materials
- Coordinate podcast, video and media workflows
- Deliver consistently excellent written output (this is critical)
- Maintain and elevate brand guidelines
- Produce on‑brand materials using existing templates
- Collaborate with external designers (design judgement > design software)
- Manage the PR agency relationship
- Support thought‑leadership placement and media opportunities
- Coordinate seminars, conferences and marketing events
- Keep website content sharp and up to date
- Strengthen digital presence across all channels
Work closely with global leadership, economists, operations, HR, finance and BU heads.
Who You Are
- 3+ years in a similar Marketing & Communications role
- Ideally from consulting, legal, financial services, fintech, tech or agency
- Exceptional writing and stakeholder skills
- Confident, proactive, commercially aware
- Positive energy, low ego, engaging and intellectually curious
- Relevant degree, highly beneficial
- Own the marketing function end‑to‑end
- Work directly with an energetic, brand‑focused Partner
