C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager/Operations Manager for a boutique executive search firm based in stunning offices in Southwark. An incredibly varied role overseeing the day to day operations with EA, HR, social media and relationship management duties. A fantastic opportunity to make it your own and grow with the company!

Position: Office Manager / Operations Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 30 days holiday, pension, team socials

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager/Operations Manager position:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Creating, implementing and improving policies and processes to drive excellence
  • Project management; source new office location, set up meetings, research and act as liaison between all parties, budgets, reporting etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Social media management
  • EA to Partners; booking meetings, travel, organising events, point of contact for clients/candidates
  • HR duties; on/off boarding, training new starters, compliance, best practices

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Minimum 8 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy, confident working on various systems with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
