The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to multiple senior stakeholders, with primary responsibility for one senior leader and lighter-touch support to others.

Professional Services, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Insurance or top-tier Law Firms.

The Opportunity
An established, global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior finance leadership within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to multiple senior stakeholders, with primary responsibility for one senior leader and lighter-touch support to others.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary management for senior leaders, including proactive scheduling, prioritisation, preparation time, task reminders and deadline management
- Managing communications on behalf of senior stakeholders, including meetings, calls and inbox coordination
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, brokers and clients
- Full executive secretarial support, including travel management, expenses, invoices, document preparation and administrative coordination
- Supporting meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, papers, minute-taking and action tracking
- Preparing presentations and reports (PowerPoint-heavy), including board and committee materials
- Supporting team and company-wide events
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives within a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrable experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones
- Strong communication skills with sound judgement, diplomacy and discretion
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Calm under pressure and adaptable in a constantly changing environment
- Confident building relationships at Executive level, internally and externally
- Comfortable working within regulated environments and handling sensitive information
