Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office-based
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 (up to £57,000 for an exceptional candidate) + bonus & benefits

The Opportunity
An established, global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior finance leadership within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to multiple senior stakeholders, with primary responsibility for one senior leader and lighter-touch support to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive diary management for senior leaders, including proactive scheduling, prioritisation, preparation time, task reminders and deadline management
  • Managing communications on behalf of senior stakeholders, including meetings, calls and inbox coordination
  • Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, brokers and clients
  • Full executive secretarial support, including travel management, expenses, invoices, document preparation and administrative coordination
  • Supporting meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, papers, minute-taking and action tracking
  • Preparing presentations and reports (PowerPoint-heavy), including board and committee materials
  • Supporting team and company-wide events
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives within a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication skills with sound judgement, diplomacy and discretion
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable in a constantly changing environment
  • Confident building relationships at Executive level, internally and externally
  • Comfortable working within regulated environments and handling sensitive information
Backgrounds of interest include:
Professional Services, Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Insurance or top-tier Law Firms.
