Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
- Oversee the smooth daily operation of the office, including facilities management and supplies
- Liaise with building management and external service providers for maintenance, IT and security
- Manage contracts (utilities, cleaning, repairs) and ensure health & safety compliance
- Coordinate IT support and asset management with external providers
- Support finance processes including invoicing, expenses, and payment tracking
- Work closely with HR to support onboarding and new starter logistics
- Act as a cultural ambassador, enhancing the working environment and office efficiency
- Provide general administrative and office support as required
- Office management experience within investment or financial services
- Strong IT coordination experience, including managing basic tech issues and video conferencing systems
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced MS Word and intermediate Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Proactive, confident and adaptable individual who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
- Comfortable managing a broad and varied workload in a dynamic office environment
