Position:
Operations Coordinator/PA – supporting senior leadership and managing the day-to-day running of the office
Salary:
Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
5 days in the office – Guildford, Surrey

Key responsibilities for this Operations Coordinator/PA position:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and facilities support
- Provide PA support to senior leadership, including calendar management, inbox oversight, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Assist with operational processes such as document preparation, reporting, timesheets and expenses
- Support audits and maintain accurate internal records
- Coordinate internal events, training, and team meetings
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in office coordination, operations or PA support
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- A confident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting senior leadership is highly desirable
