Key responsibilities for this Office Services and Front of House Manager:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and H&S inductions
- Supervise Front of House staff and ensure exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate administrative records, support budget planning, and liaise with HR and IT teams
- Promote a positive office culture, wellbeing initiatives, and sustainability efforts
- Oversee satellite offices and manage business continuity planning
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in office management, administration, and facilities oversight
- Proven experience implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, H&S) and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with insurance operations and terminology is highly desirable
