C&C Search is currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced and dynamic HR/People team with a particular focus on recruitment scheduling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys being the organisational backbone of a busy team.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (3 month FTC)
Hybrid set up: 3/2

Key responsibilities for this position:
  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to ensure seamless coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, schedules and communications
  • Support onboarding activities and candidate experience initiatives where needed
  • Provide general EA support to the broader People/HR leadership team
  • Assist with internal team meetings, documentation, and logistics
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience supporting HR or People teams in an Executive Assistant or Coordination role
  • Strong background in interview scheduling and recruitment operations
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on the go
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as Outlook, Zoom, and ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
