C&C Search is recruiting a Senior EA to support 3 Managing Directors in the sustainability arm of a leading investment business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive Team PA who is passionate about sustainability and wants to work in a socially conscious, collaborative environment.
Position: Senior Team PA – supporting MD and wider team
Salary: Competitive + benefits + generous bonus
Set-up: 4 days in the office 1 day WFH

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary, inbox, and administrative management for MD and wider IPs
- Ownership of investment committee meetings and documentation
- Investor relations support, including preparing presentations
- Organising client and internal events
- Ad hoc value add projects
- Working closely with lovely team of wider PAs
- Tons of scope to grow your role
- Proven Team PA experience in financial services
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and discreet
- Passionate about sustainability and collaborative working
