Key responsibilities for this PA to Partner position:
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate national and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless schedules.
- Act as Lead PA on client projects, scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining expense and travel records.
- Prepare documents, manage expenses, take minutes, and maintain client databases in compliance with GDPR.
- Support internal initiatives such as recruitment, mentoring programmes, and large-scale corporate events.
- Provide cover for other PAs and handle additional responsibilities for Partners with leadership roles, including global event organisation and confidential meeting support.
- Proven experience as a PA supporting senior executives, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex diaries, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with flexibility to provide cover and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and events.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and confidence in learning new software tools.
