Position: Operations Manager
Salary: £45000 - £60000 + 30 days holiday and bonus
Hybrid set up: 3/2 hybrid

Key responsibilities for this Operations Manager:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
  • Managing suppliers, contracts and operational processes
  • Coordinating internal projects and supporting business-wide improvements
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team
  • Managing office operations and facilities, ensuring a well-run and welcoming environment
  • Supporting finance processes including invoicing, expenses and budget tracking
  • Enhancing social initiatives, wellbeing activities and internal culture
  • Streamlining systems, tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Acting as a central point of contact for operational queries across the business
What background and experience are the company looking for? The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in operations, office management or business support within a professional services or boutique environment. They should be a natural organiser with strong project coordination skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with suppliers, supporting finance tasks and improving internal processes would be highly advantageous. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creating a positive team culture will ensure success in this role.
