Salary: £45000 - £60000 + 30 days holiday and bonus
Hybrid set up: 3/2 hybrid

Key responsibilities for this Operations Manager:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Managing suppliers, contracts and operational processes
- Coordinating internal projects and supporting business-wide improvements
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team
- Managing office operations and facilities, ensuring a well-run and welcoming environment
- Supporting finance processes including invoicing, expenses and budget tracking
- Enhancing social initiatives, wellbeing activities and internal culture
- Streamlining systems, tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Acting as a central point of contact for operational queries across the business
