Position:
Receptionist – supporting an 8-person collaborative team, the main hub for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and international business leaders.
Salary:
£30,000 – £33,000
Hybrid set up:
Fully office-based – 5 days a week

It regularly facilitates meetings and events involving senior leaders, investors, and international guests, creating a vibrant and forward-thinking environment.

Currently 150 people in the building, with expansion underway to a second floor.

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:
- Managing reception duties including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Handling invoicing and administrative tasks
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Managing building access passes
- Supporting tenants with post, calls, and general enquiries
- Organising monthly events and managing social media
- Leading workplace improvement initiatives
- Enhancing the offering to building tenants
- Transferable reception experience and a highly personable nature
- Excellent people skills and confidence in engaging with individuals at all levels
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse tenant base
- Good computer skills (training can be provided)
- A proactive mindset and the ability to shape the role
