Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Hybrid Working
Salary: £55,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Collaborate with the team to create a recruitment strategy to achieve the right level and quality of candidates
- Ensure the hiring process is of a high quality and in line with best practices
- Work with HR to onboard and integrate new hires
- Consistently work to improve recruiting process to ensure high quality candidate experience
- Build lasting relationships with search partners to create a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage and attend recruiting events
- Screen CVs and recommend candidates for interview
- Execution of logistics for interview days including booking rooms, organising catering and travel and managing the communication with candidates
- Manage the facilitation of interview days
- Oversee the post-offer process
What is the company looking for?
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional organisation skills, with meticulous attention to details
- Proactive, confident and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in recruitment
- Three years' recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Educated to degree level preferable
- Excellent computer skills and comprehensive knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
