Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Hybrid Working

Salary: £55,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Collaborate with the team to create a recruitment strategy to achieve the right level and quality of candidates
  • Ensure the hiring process is of a high quality and in line with best practices
  • Work with HR to onboard and integrate new hires
  • Consistently work to improve recruiting process to ensure high quality candidate experience
  • Build lasting relationships with search partners to create a strong candidate pipeline
  • Manage and attend recruiting events
  • Screen CVs and recommend candidates for interview
  • Execution of logistics for interview days including booking rooms, organising catering and travel and managing the communication with candidates
  • Manage the facilitation of interview days
  • Oversee the post-offer process
