The Role:                         
Job Title: HR Coordinator 
Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000
LocationLondon – Hybrid working
  
What would I be doing day to day? 
Key duties: 

This is a really exciting, brand new role which will be equally split between being an HR Coordinator, supporting the wider HR team and managing the internal temporary cover in a Staffing Coordinator role. 
  • HR Duties: 
    • Day-to-day support to the wider HR team, from event planning, initiatives, employee engagement and general support 
    • Liaising with HRBP's updating and maintaining accurate and up to date data (Workday)
    • Assisting with employee engagement surveys 
    • Taking ownership of scheduling HR processes (performance reviews, pay cycles, promotion processing +++) 
  • Temporary Staffing Coordination 
    • Managing and monitoring temporary working calendars 
    • Supporting line managers, stakeholders and individuals requiring temporary staffing support 
    • Plan cover assignments 
    • Liaise with external vendors to provide temporary support 
    • Source and recruit talent for temporary assignments 
    • Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding and off boarding temporary and contingent workers

  • Demonstrable experience in either a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Coordinator or Staffing Coordinator role 
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills - demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • A creative and pragmatic problem solver 
  • Team player who is confident working in a fast-paced agile environment 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude 
  • IT proficiency in MS Office and with HRIS systems (Workday)
