What would I be doing day to day?

Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Working alongside Senior Partners to pair consultants to specific projects
  • Staying up to date with the upcoming projects and changing staff requirements
  • Involved in assigning staff to projects and proposals
  • Managing the staffing needs and giving advice on upcoming projects to the Consulting Team
  • In charge of the maintenance of the staffing profiles of the Consulting Team
  • Creating and dispatching case team confirmations
  • Attending Career Development meetings regularly
  • Assist with the international staffing requests by liaising with European counterparts
  • Providing holiday cover for the staffing team and approving the holiday requests
  • Aiding the training team to better understand staff schedules and availability
  • Putting together weekly update reports
