This is an exciting 4-month fixed-term contract based in Central London, offering hybrid working and excellent benefits. Team Assistant – supporting a team and the other EA’s across the business. This is a pivotal support role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Salary:
£44,000 pro rata
Hybrid set up:
3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Provide diary and travel management support across multiple teams
- Support the Executive Assistants with administration and logistics
- Process expenses, raise POs, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal teams including HR, Finance, and IT
- Assist with meeting scheduling, document preparation, and follow-ups
- Provide cover for reception and office coordination as required
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience in a similar administrative or team assistant role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work at pace with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
