This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering exposure to a high-calibre legal and governance function within a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Key responsibilities for this EA to Company Secretary position:
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Company Secretary
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings
- Supporting with signature requests and prepping the various documents for the necessary signatures
- Maintaining IC registers
- Draft and manage sensitive and confidential correspondence
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, filings, and compliance tracking
- Ideally you will be immediately available and able to start ASAP
- Prior experience supporting a Company Secretary or working within a legal team, ideally in a Private Equity or Financial Services firm
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
