C&C Search is currently recruiting for a fantastic Executive Assistant & Office Manager position to support a collaborative, dynamic and growing team! This role is based in New York and offers flexible working!

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant & Office Manager position:
  • Provide high-level support to the COO and broader leadership team
  • Coordinate complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics
  • Act as Corporate Secretary for board meetings – prepare agendas, take minutes, maintain records
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and liaise with vendors/building management
  • Lead event planning (offsites, partner meetings, holiday events, etc.) and manage client/employee gifting
  • Ensure brand alignment and office presentation standards
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager roles
  • Prior experience in finance, investment, or professional services required
  • Strong communicator, highly organised, polished, and proactive
  • Aesthetic eye and experience in event planning or brand coordination is a bonus
