The Role 
C&C Search are partnering with an exciting global marketing and event business to find their next Campaign Marketing Manager!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on multi-channel campaigns that directly impact audience engagement, lead generation and commercial success.

You'll own the full campaign cycle for a portfolio of live events - from planning and positioning, through execution, to performance analysis - in a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, registrations, and revenue.
  • Own messaging, positioning, and campaign calendars across your portfolio.
  • Translate audience insights and data into strategic plans and tactical execution.
  • Oversee digital performance including CRM, SEO, PPC, email and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, commercial and production teams.
  • Report on campaign success using KPIs such as ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Lead and support a junior marketer, ensuring delivery excellence and growth.
  • Continuously test new ideas and optimise based on data-driven insights.
About You
We are seeking someone results-driven and analytically minded, with a genuine passion for creating campaigns that convert.

You’ll be someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will bring:
  • A relevant degree would be highly beneficial
  • Or 4–6+ years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role, ideally in events, media or B2B.
  • Strong campaign planning and project management experience.
  • A data-led approach to campaign optimisation, with commercial acumen.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or managing others is advantageous.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong attention to detail.
