Key Responsibilities for this Reception Position:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing a busy switchboard and handling calls efficiently
- Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring smooth daily room management - using outlook calendar
- Managing couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing post
- Maintaining a tidy and well-presented reception area
- Providing ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider office
- Previous Reception or Front of House experience (corporate essential)
- Immaculate presentation and first‑class communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in professional services ideal
- Someone proactive, reliable, and confident interacting with senior stakeholders
