What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: Office Manager
Key duties:
- Be first point of contact for enquiries answering the telephone, responding to simple enquiries and putting calls through to the relevant staff member or fielding calls when necessary.
- Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assisting Office Manager with maintenance and condition of the office
- Administrative support to the team.
- Maintain supplies of office stationery.
What is the company looking for?
- Ideally you have 6-8 months experience working in a similar administrative position
- Can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Great time management skills.
