Key responsibilities for this insert x position:
- Provide comprehensive EA support to senior leadership, including proactive diary management, complex travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones, manage agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and represent the teams with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee team resources and platforms, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with agreed standards.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion, ensuring sensitive information is handled with integrity.
- Advanced travel coordination expertise, including complex itineraries and visa processing across multiple geographies.
- Outstanding communication and document production skills, delivering accurate outputs quickly and professionally.
