C&C Search is currently recruiting a Benefits Advisor to join our client, a global insurance organisation.
Position: Benefits Advisor
Salary: £45 000 - £50 000
Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the office Central London
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, wellness budget, professional development opportunities, social events
Size of company: Headcount is 1200 Global including UK, Europe and Asia

Key responsibilities for this Benefits Advisor position:
- Assist with annual benefit renewals and administration for both UK and International Benefits
- Respond to both internal and external queries
- Provide appropriate benefits data for Group and and renewal processes
- Ensure accurate payroll information is uploaded onto system to process
- Provide support and contribute to Wellbeing Initiatives
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Financial Industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
