Job description
C&C Search is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, results-driven Executive Assistant to support senior Partners and their teams within a busy property firm. This is a support role for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being at the heart of the business.
All about the role
Position: Executive Assistant
Working hours: 09:30-17:30
Salary: up to £48,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working: Based in office 5 days per week (some flexibility for 4 days in office and 1 at home)
Key responsibilities
Executive Assistant support to Partners and a greater team, up to 15 in total, including proactive diary and email management
Coordination of meetings, board meetings and presentations
Document and report preparation, including formatting and client materials
UK and international travel coordination and detailed itineraries
Team coordination including meetings, onboarding, training and appraisals
Financial and administrative coordination
Marketing, CRM, pitch and event coordination in collaboration with internal teams
Process and compliance information
What background and experience are required
Previous EA experience in a senior EA or business support role ideally
Strong Microsoft Office skills, ideally you will be confident in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Confident supporting senior stakeholders in a professional services environment
Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
