Key responsibilities for this Client Relations Administration Assistant position:
- Manage all aspects of investor administration and client relations, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
- Handle queries from clients, investors, and wealth managers efficiently and professionally
- Process new and existing client documentation, liaising with custodians and maintaining accurate investor databases
- Support month-end accounting activities, including fee processing, reconciliations, and invoicing
- Assist with marketing and sales support, preparing materials for meetings and coordinating client events
- Contribute to ad hoc data projects and maintain internal client information systems
- Ensure compliance and precision in all administrative and client-related tasks
- Experience in administration, ideally within finance, investment, or wealth management
- Confident supporting a team of 3 or more professionals
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas and VLOOKUPs) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and telephone manner, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Degree preferred but not essential
