Position: Team Assistant
Salary: £35,000 - £44,000
Hybrid set up: London-based, 5x days in office

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
  • Organise diaries, schedule meetings, and support inbox management for colleagues
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
  • Coordinate travel and logistics as required
  • Help plan and deliver team events, dinners, and client hospitality activities
  • Process expenses and timesheets accurately and promptly
  • Provide ad hoc support and cover to the Global Support Manager and Team EA
  • Assist with administrative tasks in Dynamics, including account setup and finance liaison
  • Organise client calls and meetings across UK and international time zones
  • Support creation and formatting of client-facing materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients by phone and email
  • Maintain team databases, records, and sector materials
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, including rota-based office coverage and early-start support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a “can-do” attitude
  • A supportive team player who can also work independently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow
