Hybrid set up: Working from their family home in Surrey, their office in Hampton Court, or working from home (fully flexible, with in-person attendance required)

Key responsibilities for this Private and Business Assistant position:
- Acting as a true right hand Private and Business Assistant to the founder, supporting both personal and business matters
- Managing the personal household, including liaising with the lady of the house, housekeeper and overseeing household staff
- Handling all schedules, paying household bills, managing finances, and overseeing staff overtime and cost management
- Managing cars, insurances, holidays, travel arrangements, and all day-to-day Private and Business Assistant duties
- Full diary management for the executive
- Providing 24/7 responsiveness and support to the executive across business and philanthropic interests
- Supporting the founder with business operations and acting as a Private and Business Assistant across multiple ventures
