Key responsibilities for this EA position:
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone diaries for 3 members of senior leadership
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
- Arrange end‑to‑end travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses
- Support team offsites, events, and business‑related travel planning
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with international offices
- Ensure meeting rooms and technology are set up and running smoothly
- Strong experience in an EA role supporting senior leaders
- Background within boutique financial services or investment preferred
- Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, hands‑on team player with a high level of discretion and professionalism
