Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant and Office Manager position:
• Provide full Executive Assistant support including diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, meetings and document preparation
• Act as the main liaison for senior executives, managing communications professionally and confidentially
• Ensure all team expenses are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, maintaining an efficient and well-organised environment
• Coordinating meeting rooms
• Meeting & greeting visitors and clients, showing gueststo rooms
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and relationships with vendors and service providers
• Work closely with IT support to troubleshoot and coordinate technology needs
• Organise company events, meetings, conferences, and travel logistics
• Take ownership for monthly team lunches & socials
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and building management requirements
What background and experience are the company looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, ideally gained within financial services, venture capital, or a similar fast-paced environment.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office capability is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience on a front desk or office management function is highly desirable.
