C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a highly regarded, cross-functional law firm, supporting senior Partners within a collaborative and family-oriented environment.

55-65k
Hybrid set up:
Typically 2 days working from home, with 5 days in the office when required - flexibility essential!
Working hours:
9:00–5:30 or 9:30–6:00

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Executive support to up to 3 Partners
- Complex diary management and extensive travel coordination
- Coordinating monthly client dinners and events
- Time recording and billing (essential experience)
- Opening conflicts and preparing engagement letters
- Client relationship tracking and data input via CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Supporting Partners with reconnecting with existing and legacy clients
- Liaising with Legal Business Analysts on deal support and administration
- Providing general EA support as part of a collaborative EA team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant with legal exposure
- Proven experience supporting senior legal stakeholders at Partner level
- Strong experience with legal documentation and billing
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Enthusiastic, curious and keen to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office
