Key responsibilities for this insert x position:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex diary management and coordination of international travel
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications, managing information flow and ensuring follow-up on key actions
- Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, from office management to document organisation and filing across multiple companies
- Assist with board-level paperwork, signing and filing of documents, and other governance-related duties
- Support with ad-hoc personal administration for the CEO
- Coordinate with external providers such as payroll and HR consultants
- Proactively identify and implement efficiency improvements, including leveraging technology and AI tools where appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership or C-Suite level
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Degree-educated (preferred) with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a start-up or high-growth environment where structures and processes are evolving
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and systems
- Professional, resilient, and able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on delivering results
