C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA to support the CEO at a finance company based in Croydon. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and operations run seamlessly.

Position: EA to CEO
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hybrid set up: Fully office based in Croydon
Benefits: Pension, private health, holiday 26 days

Key responsibilities for this position:
  • Full diary and inbox management for the CEO 
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including logistics and hospitality
  • Managing expenses, budgets, and subscriptions
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and briefing processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and SharePoint structures
What background and experience are the company looking for?

You’ll have proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure, you’ll balance competing priorities with ease and build strong relationships across all levels.

  • Advanced Outlook skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A solutions-focused approach and keen eye for detail
  • Collaborative and professional, with a genuine belief in teamwork
