- Full diary and inbox management for the CEO
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including logistics and hospitality
- Managing expenses, budgets, and subscriptions
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and briefing processes
- Maintaining accurate records and SharePoint structures
You’ll have proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure, you’ll balance competing priorities with ease and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Advanced Outlook skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
