We’re excited to be supporting a global communications and PR consultancy based near Covent Garden in their search for an HR Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing HR team.
This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, offering a chance to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where people and culture are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role As HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver an excellent employee experience, maintaining precision and pace across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day HR coordination support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, systems, and documentation.
- Supporting recruitment administration, learning initiatives, and wider HR projects.
- Liaising confidently with stakeholders across global offices and time zones.
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems.
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- Contract: 6 months (potential to extend)
- Location: Holborn, 4 days per week in the office
