Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position
- Managing the CEO’s complex diary, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinating extensive international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses and overseeing financial administration
- Handling personal administrative tasks with complete discretion
- Triaging and managing all incoming requests, communications, and priorities
- Overseeing inbox management and document filing systems
- Drafting, refining, and preparing CEO communications
- Maintaining and nurturing the CEO’s strategic network
- Planning business entertainment and selecting venues, formats, and guest lists
What background and experience is the company looking for?
- Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or C‑suite leader in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience within real estate, private equity, or a fast‑moving family office
- Highly IT‑literate across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable adopting AI tools
- Experience managing board‑level communications and confidential matters
- Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and written communication
- Commercially astute, decisive, and able to operate with high autonomy
- Comfortable working outside standard hours when required and across time zones
- French language skills are a bonus but not essential
