Key responsibilities for this Executive Team Assistant / Office Coordinator position:
- Providing extensive diary management and scheduling support for senior partners and team members across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel, meetings, events, roadshows and investor engagements as an Executive Team Assistant / Office Coordinator
- Acting as the first point of contact for all office, facilities and day-to-day operational matters
- Managing office suppliers, building management, health and safety processes and facilities schedules
- Supporting Investor Relations and investment teams with presentations, documentation, meeting materials and internal processes
- Proven experience as an Executive Team Assistant / Office Coordinator, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar role
- Strong background supporting senior stakeholders within financial services, professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional diary management, organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset and a hands-on approach
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
