C&C Search is currently recruiting an accomplished Executive Assistant to support four dynamic Partners at a leading Management Consultancy based in London’s West End. This is a fantastic 12-month fixed-term contract offering a fast-paced, stimulating environment, hybrid working, and excellent benefits, all within one of the most respected names in the industry.

Position: Executive Assistant – 12-Month FTC
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide seamless diary and meeting management for four busy Partners, managing conflicting priorities with ease.
- Coordinate international travel, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring all arrangements are smooth and efficient.
- Prepare and edit client documents, presentations, and reports to exacting standards.
- Support practice area projects, events, and initiatives as required, acting as a key liaison across the business.
- Manage expenses, timesheets, and internal processes in line with company policies.
- Significant experience as an EA or PA within professional services, ideally supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new systems.
