Position: Team Assistant
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: Offer 4 days in office and 1 day working flexibly

Key responsibilities for this EA/PA position:
- Supporting senior individuals and a greater team, overseeing schedules, travel logistics, and shifting priorities to ensure they remain focused on high-value work.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by coordinating meetings, managing expenses, and organising both domestic and international travel, and event coordination.
- Drive operational improvements for processes and procedures, and involvement/scope to lead on projects where needed.
- Ideally you will have previous EA/PA experience supporting a team, ranging in levels of seniority
- Highly organised, anticipatory, and calm under pressure
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive self-starter with high standards, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated success in a demanding professional environment; experience in top-tier finance or professional services preferred
