This Part-Time Receptionist role offers a supportive, welcoming environment, a polished front-of-house setting and a fantastic opportunity to be the face of an impressive finance firm.

Position: Part-Time Receptionist, front-of-house role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (pro-rata)

- Greeting all visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Overflow of administrative duties for the EAs
- Diary management
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Supporting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Acting as the go-to front-of-house contact, maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
