  • Executive Assistant – Investor Events £60,000–£65,000 • London Bridge • Hybrid (4 days in office)
    Leading Asset Management Firm
C&C Search is delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable asset manager based in London Bridge to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant. This is a standout opportunity for an EA with proven experience supporting senior leaders within boutique finance and a strong track record of delivering high-touch investor events.
The Role This role offers a unique blend of classic EA responsibilities and significant exposure to investor relations and events. You will provide seamless support to senior stakeholders while taking ownership of the planning and execution of a wide range of investor-facing engagements.
    Key Responsibilities
    • High-level diary and inbox management for senior executives
    • Coordination and delivery of investor events, roadshows, client meetings, and roundtables
    • End-to-end logistical planning — venues, guest lists, materials, hospitality, and onsite support
    • Building strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders
    • Preparing documents, packs, and presentations
    • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador for the leadership team
    • Supporting wider business initiatives where required
About You To be successful, you will bring:
    • Experience as an EA within boutique finance, alternatives, or investment management
    • A demonstrable track record of delivering complex, high-touch events within your EA remit
    • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to operate with polish and pace
    • A proactive, relationship-led approach and confidence dealing with senior investors
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
    • A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving environments
    The Offer
    • Salary £60,000–£65,000
    • Hybrid working: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
    • Stunning London Bridge offices
    • Supportive, collaborative culture with high standards and a people-first ethos
If you thrive in a polished, high-performance environment and love combining EA excellence with top-tier events delivery, this is an exceptional next step.
