C&C Search is actively seeking an EA/Office Manager to join one of our coolest clients: a global jet-setting, lifestyle, and hospitality brands with an AMAZING benefits package. There is super low turnover, authentic, collaborative, with a product and goals are interesting and inspiring.

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 DoE

Hours: Hammersmith - 5 days in the office, non-negotiable

We need someone who has worked in hospitality as an Office Manager and PA.

EA Duties:

  • Effective diary management for the CEO ensuring that last minute changes are incorporated
  • Organising all meetings at the request of the CEO including agendas and minute taking
  • Arrange all travel arrangements and complex, thought itineraries for the executive team and all properties ensuring effective budgetary control
  • Prepare notes and packs for meetings
  • Manage CEOs inbox
  • Attend meetings with the executive team as requested taking accurate and robust minutes

Office Manager duties:

  • Compile business expense claims and check credit card statements for the executive team
  • Ensure an effective record keeping
  • Ordering stationary and maintaining the stationary cupboard
  • Ensuring the Office Fridge is fully equipped and replenishment's are ordered
  • Greeting visitors

About you:

  • You love being challenged and growing, sitting still isn't your vibe or your employers-you bright scale up energy
  • You love to problem solve and take responsibility
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting C-suite as a PA or EA
  • Worked across multi-site operations business within hospitality
  • Experience with complex diary management-overseas travel booking/itineraries
  • You are ambitious and looking to work in a fast paced environment
