C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join a high‑performing Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory team, supporting senior Partners and Directors within a respected professional services environment.

Position:
Executive Assistant – supporting 3–4 Partners, 1 Director and providing ad hoc support across the wider team
Salary:
£40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Proactive diary management for Partners and Directors, acting as a true right‑hand support
  • Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the team, anticipating needs and managing priorities
  • Booking complex domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Managing expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Supporting client onboarding, including conflict checks, AML, KYC and UBO processes
  • Assisting with client documentation such as engagement letters and NDAs
  • Maintaining CRM systems, deal trackers and assisting with reporting
  • Providing front‑of‑house support and building strong client relationships
  • Coordinating staff events and client hospitality, including budgeting
  • Supporting IT troubleshooting and liaising with internal IT support

  
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident diary management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience within financial or professional services is advantageous but not essential
  • A genuine team player
