Position:
Receptionist – full-time, supporting a busy head office reception team alongside two Receptionists and a Head Receptionist
Salary:
£34,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a polished, professional and welcoming reception service
• Managing a busy switchboard and reception inbox, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
• Coordinating meeting rooms, including bookings, room set-ups, catering and video conferencing support
• Meeting and greeting guests, escorting visitors and offering refreshments
• Handling post, couriers and daily administrative reception duties
• Supporting facilities and office management tasks, including liaising with building management, IT and security
• Assisting with internal and external events, conferences and functions as required
• Maintaining high standards across reception, meeting rooms and communal areas at all times
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a professional environment
• Excellent communication skills with a confident, warm and polished telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for service excellence
• Ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy setting
• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach with a positive attitude
