Key responsibilities for this position:
- Providing first-class front of house service and managing the visitor experience
- Overseeing meeting rooms and managing busy meeting room calendars while coordinating with security staff for seamless service
- Managing the company switchboard with professionalism
- Handling in-house catering and events, including formal dining settings (including smart catered lunches, lunch meetings, occasional breakfast meetings and seasonal client drinks)
- Maintaining the appearance of reception and dining areas while managing inventory, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Proven experience in front of house and luxury hospitality or similar high-end environments
- Outstanding attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
- An unflappable nature with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent telephone manner and MS Office skills
- A service-oriented approach with discretion at all times
