The Role:
Job Title: Head of HR for Europe and APAC
Salary: £110,000 - £130,000
Location: London
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
Influence and implement the global HR strategy across Europe and APAC.
Foster a positive workplace environment through amended HR policies and progressive EDI initiatives.
Coach and guide line managers and build strong rapport with senior stakeholders.
Partner with the CEO and CFO to review and redesign salary structures, bonus schemes and L-TIPS.
Lead and provide direction to HR team members and support their development.
What is the company looking for?
Experience in a high-performing HR team delivering strategic and operational HR duties.
A background in Asset Management or Investment Management organisations.
Evidenced academics and interest in continued learning.
