C&C Search is currently recruiting a Assistant within the CEO Office for an international real estate firm.

Position:
Junior PA 

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid set up:
5 days a week in London Office

Key responsibilities for this Assistant position:
    • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, Senior PA, and wider team.
    • Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements efficiently.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects for smooth execution.
    • Handle errands and ad hoc tasks as required.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Prior experience in an administrative, PA or coordination role; ideal for an early‑career professional (e.g. a graduate) seeking their second position.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive, positive approach and sound judgement.
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation.
