C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a real estate firm based in Central London.

Position:
Office Manager overseeing day-to-day office operations and reception 
Salary:
£40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
5 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
  • Overseeing day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, facilities and vendor liaison.
  • Acting as the welcoming face of the office, greeting visitors and ensuring a polished reception experience.
  • Assisting with company events and meetings.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within real estate, finance, or professional services.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach.
  • A reputation for being discreet and trustworthy, handling confidential information with confidence.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with advanced MS Office skills.
