Work as part of a lean global HR team to drive operational and strategic People responsibilities.

The Role:

Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Influence the direction of HR operations and work closely with the HR Director and London-based Partners to influence initiatives.
  • Lead on all employee relations cases and all annual processes including performance management and Year-End appraisals.
  • Support the implementation of Workday and integrate new modules to the HRIS.
  • Line Manage and actively support the development of the HR Assistant based in London.
  • Effective management of recruitment and training processes and external vendors.
  • Prepare payroll for multiple entities.
  • Partner with the global HR team on companywide projects and initiatives.

What is the company looking for?

  • 2+ years' as a HR Manager or similar position, 5+ years' HR experience overall
  • Previous experience working in mid-sized Financial Services or Professional Services firm desirable
  • Exposure to support HR across multiple European locations essential
  • Proactive, and resource individual who is comfortable working autonomously and also collaboratively
  • Experience with Workday a bonus!
