Key responsibilities for this EA position:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to an exceptionally high-demand General Counsel whose time is constantly pulled in multiple directions.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper: managing their inbox with absolute confidentiality and prioritising requests from teams and individuals across international offices.
- Bring order and structure to a complex, fast-moving diary - proactively assessing meeting purpose, urgency, and importance.
- Confidently manage meeting requests, follow up on actions, and ensure the GC’s time is protected and aligned to key priorities.
- Support seamless day-to-day operations, ensuring the GC is fully prepared, informed, and able to focus on strategic work.
- Collaborate closely with other EAs, contributing to a supportive, positive, and high-energy administrative team.
What background and experience are they looking for?
- You will need to be immediately available and able to start a new role asap
- Previous experience supporting an executive or team within a
- legal environment is highly preferred, ideally with experience in private equity, or financial services
- Proven capability in an extremely fast-paced, demanding setting, with the ability to action tasks quickly and decisively.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to bring structure to shifting priorities.
- A warm, friendly, and collaborative team player who builds trust quickly.
- Exceptional judgement, confidentiality, and the confidence to ask incisive questions to understand meeting purpose and urgency.
