C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Coordinator, ESG focused private equity firm with a growing and interesting fund.
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus bonus
USP: an amazing global firm with over $400 million AUM and continuously growing, focused on ESG, this is a busy role where you will learn, grow and be challenged.
Duties:
- Supporting a busy and supportive Head of IR with admin, DDQ's, investor requests, presentations, reporting and fact sheets
- Supporting IR comms/marketing- events, activity updates and IA mailings building mailing lists, outreach, invites etc.
- Supporting outreach activities for the senior team.
- Communications duties with investors and internal team members, from emails, phone calls, meeting follow up to messaging/marketing
- CRM management
- Admin and support
About you:
- Strong education, a degree or qualified by experience
- Experience in PE/VC, or placement agent
- Very strong attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner with a great attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- You are a collaborator who is resourceful, energetic, and excels in a fast-paced environment
- You are confident and
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a CRM system
